By using Caspy (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Please read them carefully.

1. About Caspy

Caspy is a virtual pet app designed to encourage mindfulness, emotional awareness, and healthy self-care habits.

It is not a medical or mental health service, nor a substitute for professional advice or therapy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Caspy.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any login methods (e.g., email OTP, Apple, or Google sign-in).

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Caspy require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are managed through App Store or Google Play, and billed according to their terms.
• If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Payments, billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.

Caspy may update pricing in the future, with notice provided through the App or the app store listing.

5. Donations

Caspy may donate a portion of proceeds to animal welfare or cat shelters.

These donations are made voluntarily by Caspy and are not tax-deductible contributions for users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the App’s functionality;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy parts of the App;
• Use Caspy for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

7. Health Disclaimer

Caspy provides general self-care guidance only.

It does not provide medical, psychological, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues, please seek help from a qualified professional or local helpline.

8. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell user data.

Caspy may collect usage statistics to improve the App's experience and features.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in Caspy — including characters, artwork, text, and code — is owned by Go Offscript

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Caspy’s assets without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the community or app integrity.

11. Limitation of Liability

Caspy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement), to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caspy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Use of Caspy is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes occur, we’ll notify users through the App or via the app store update notes.

Continued use of Caspy after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
